The Appalachian Community Visiting Nurse Association, Hospice and Health Services, Inc. (ACVNAHHS) is a home health agency providing a comprehensive range of services in a six-county area in southeastern Ohio that includes Athens, Hocking, Meigs, Morgan, Perry and Vinton counties.

 

The ACVNAHHS is a team of caring registered nurses, therapists, medical social workers, home care aides and volunteers. Clients receive professional health care in their homes to assist with their recovery from a hospital stay or to live independently, comfortably and with dignity when coping with a terminal illness.
