Athens Obstetrics and Gynecology is a group practice specializing in obstetrics and gynecological services for females of all ages. Our physicians and nurse practitioner provide individualized care with emphasis on prevention and early detection of sexual infections, cancer, osteoporosis, and bladder incontinence in addition to pregnancy and obstetrical care.

 

Services include administration of the new Gardasil vaccine that offers protection from the virus responsible for most cases of cervical cancer, on site dexa screening for osteoporosis and 3D/4D ultrasound for pregnancy. First-trimester pregnancy genetic testing will soon be offered on-site to our patients.

 

Our office is conveniently located just off the Columbus Road exit from US Route 33. This location provides easy access and helps serve patients from the surrounding communities.

 

Dr. Chan and Dr. Coats deliver babies at the O'Bleness Birth Center and provide surgical care at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital and the Athens Surgery Center.

 

Appointments at our Columbus Road office can be made weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
