A retail pharmacy - The DrugStore - is conveniently located on the first floor of the Castrop Center between O'Bleness Memorial Hospital's laboratory and diagnostic imaging satellites. This pharmacy is open to patients at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital, O'Bleness' emergency department and those who visit physicians at the Castrop Center, as well as for those who live or travel nearby.
The DrugStore's services include prescriptions and over-the-counter medications, $4 prescriptions on more than 285 medications for up to a 30-day supply, a small shop for diabetic supplies, medication flavoring and prescription compounding. The DrugStore accepts new and transferred patient prescriptions, and accepts most prescription plans and insurances as well as Medicaid.
The DrugStore pharmacist Nicki Barson is available to fill medication orders, provide information and answer medication questions 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
