Athens Medical Associates Urology is an affiliate of the O'Bleness Health System through Athens Medical Associates, a multi-specialty physician group.
Board-certified urologist Derrick L. Reedus Sr., MD, is a member of the O'Bleness medical staff. He received his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, now known as Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio. He completed his residency in urology at Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio.
Dr. Reedus provides expert care for urological conditions including, but not limited to, kidney stones, urologic cancers, enlarged prostate, erectile dysfunction, as well as urinary incontinence and frequency. He performs surgical procedures at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital and the Athens Surgery Center, a multi-specialty outpatient center located in the Castrop Center in the O'Bleness Medical Park in Athens, Ohio.
